Day photo shoots are most popular for properties with panoramic views and/or for properties that have poor interior lighting. Unlike dusk photos, you may tend to get harsh shadows from the sun, inside & out of the property. Therefore it is very important to concentrate on the main features of the property where the light is most even and book the shoot during this time. (eg. units main living room overlooking ocean has no sun shining on the carpet or walls) There is no limit to day photos being taken of each property, all internal rooms will be taken as well as exterior shots and surroundings of the property – Photos range from 15-30+ depending on property size.
